     • First, it would help to know which version of Windows you're talking about. Although there are some themes available to change the look of your entire Windows installation to mimic the Macintosh, it may not make Windows Explorer look like the Mac Finder. See this as a starting point:

       But the easiest way to do it is to buy a Mac.

       • And then you can either dual boot Mac OS and Windows or run Windows in Parallels. Might be a bit more advanced than what you're looking for. :-)

     • I'm not aware of any 'conversion' pack ever including a Finder style column view therefor I doubt there is anything like that at the moment ~ probably a Windows Shell limitation.

       Speaking of that your only chance might be using an entire Windows shell replacement. You can find a list at the following Wiki entry:

       Just keep in mind that a shell replacement will change the entire style and 'Explorer' functionality. You will also want to make at least a restore point beforehand because there is always some risk involved

     • As someone pointed out what you bascially need is a Windows Shell replacement. I am sure there are many alternatives out there which include features available on Mac Finder.
